1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Game Space ("Service"), operated by Field Picker LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Game Space is an online platform that connects coaches, teams, and individuals with sports facility owners for booking courts, fields, and other athletic venues. The Service facilitates:

Searching and discovering sports facilities
Booking facilities for specific time slots
Processing payments between users and facility owners
Communication between parties regarding bookings

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Bookings

When you make a booking through Game Space, you enter into an agreement with the facility owner. We act as an intermediary to facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the booking agreement between you and the facility.

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual facility owners. Please review the cancellation policy for each facility before booking. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the facility's stated policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose

6. Facility Owner Responsibilities

Facility owners who list their venues on Game Space agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions of their facilities
Maintain facilities in safe and usable condition
Honor confirmed bookings
Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
